Our policy is to fulfil orders by return post. If you have not received your books within 10 working days, please make contact by telephone.

Payment Terms
If you are ordering on behalf of a school, books will be supplied on credit provided some evidence is presented (e.g. the school is part of your email address, or the order is printed on school letterhead).
If you are ordering as a private individual, please send a cheque with your order. Please make it out to David Carter and remember to add postage (see below). Please include your phone number in case there is a query.
We don't take payment by credit card. Sorry.
Postage Costs
Additional postage and packing charges are:
- 1 book: £4.00
- 2 - 3 books: £2.50 per book
- 4 - 6 books: £1.80 per book
- 7 - 9 books: £1.50 per book
- 10-12 books: £1.20 per book
- 13-19 books: £1.00 per book
- 20+ books: £0.70 per book
