1. Link tables in the data source to create a data environment 2. Select the fields you require for report building from the linked tables 3. Create new calculated fields 4. Rename field descriptions where appropriate to make them easier to understand 5. Create a new reporting DATAMART from the previous steps

Consolidate data from multiple sources. If, for example, you have several different software applications the consolidation facility enables BVxL reporting software to see the data as if it were a single source.
